A210 is a flexible labeling system for pre-filled syringes and other narrow cylindrical containers. The built-in semi-atuo syringe denester allows loading of syringes easily. Horizontal Trunnion conveyor ensures high speed labeling and extra precision. Labeled syringes are also collected orderly at the exit. For other cylindrical containers, an optional integrated tray inserter is available for collecting the labeled bottles into inner packaging trays. Optional camera inspection and auto-rejection at high speed is also available.

Vertical feeding and horizontal labeling is efficient for solving slender bottles that existing incongruity between feeding and labeling direction.
The system can be used fully stand alone as well as can be integrated easily into an existing production line for in-line operation.
Vertical & horizontal collected modes are flexibility chosen.
Various inspection functions available as options for missed label, missed code or wrong code etc. by machine vision devices or photo-electric devices.
Failed bottles upon inspection will be rejected right after labeling.
New generation bottle-to-tray to put the bottles into carton inner trays right after the labeling process a matching speed.(Optional)
Optional hot-stamping coder, thermal transfer overprinter, or inkjet coder can be integrated into the system seamlessly. Device status and alarm are reflected in the system.
