Cotton cushioning is a common way to protect fragile contents in the bottle from cracking by vibration during transportation. CN1 is designed specifically for inserting cotton strip into the bottle before capping is done. The system feeds cotton strip in roll form, cut that into preset length for insertion into the bottle. Bottles are transferred in a small turn table for cotton strip insertion by a puncher system. The cutting, feeding and transfer mechanisms are designed with flexibility in mind to handle a large specification range of materials.
