A33 designed for 400PPM high speed labeling on the prefilled syringe and assemble the plunger-rod in one pass.
DN1 standard Denester and DN1 Servo High speed Denester pick up syringe from nest and transfer to inspection station or labeling machine.
Optional backstopper / finger grip / safety device assemble cartoning machines are available to complete your line.
- Robust design and build with world-class components to ensure long term operation.
- Fast change over main turret module is available for A33.
- Servo drive labelling head to ensure high precision and flexible integration with any track and trace system.
- On-line coding options includes hot stamping, inkjet, laser, thermal transfer printer.
- Inspection options include print quality, pharma code, 2D code, missing plunger-rod and needle cap inspection to ensure product quality.
