A205R is the perfect integration of the A205 High Speed Vial Labeling System and the RH1 High Speed Tray Inserting System. The system offers space saving and extra high speed tray insertion. This system is perfect for vials, ampoules.

Trunnion conveyor for material transport for stable and high speed operation for small diameter vial.
Timing screw and special turning guide to separate and perfectly synchronize the bottles on to the trunnion conveyor to ensure smooth ampoule/vial feeding at very high speed.
Patented bottle buffering mechanism to prevent breakage during high speed feeding.
Various inspection devices is available to ensure output quality, including missing label, missing code, OCR and barcode etc. Patented rejection mechanism which can accurately reject during high speed operation.
Various coding devices available for synchronized online coding at high speed: hot stamping, thermal transfer overprinting, inkjet or laser.
Specially designed proprietary tray insertion device to insert the labelled vial into the blister trays to connect with cartoning machine.
