The main function of our A18 Plus is to accurately install the PF syringe stopper onto the plunger rod of the pre-filled syringe, and ensure that the position and status are stable and reliable. The system consists of vibration bowl, robotic arm, pick and place tools, camera inspection and outfeed conveyor that connects with downstream machine. In order to maximise the output, our pick and place tools can handle 10 plungers per pick. PF syringe without the stopper will be rejected to rejection bin with confirmation sensor. If higher speed is required, we can double up the capacity with dual vibration bowls, two robotic assembling system and merging outfeed conveyor to connect with dual inspection system, etc.
